Ok so I know you are wondering what CDTC Means right ? That is short for Count Down To Cancun
Today was a GREAT DAY ! I guess you can say I ” cheated ” a bit. No, Not with food ! With the Scale ! My rings were feeling loose this morning when I got up to Run at 5:15 am ! Walked in to get my running clothes on and thought Oh what the heck, we only live once right
So I jumped on the scale and get this ! I have lost 5.4 lbs since Sunday ! I am sure its all Water weight, Cutting out the wine and working out, but that’s ok ! I’ll take it ! So I am clearly on my way ! Loving the diet and well, I am feeling very good about it. I still have several Bistro MD Meals to get through but I am favoring the NutriSystem Diet ! Honestly, I didnt have high hopes for the program, but I am finding that its fitting into my lifestyle a bit better than the Fresh Food Delivery Places I have tried. I have to say the food is Great at Diet-To-Go, Food is Excellent at Bistro MD and The food is Good to Great with Nutri System so far. I like the way you can ” Dr things up ” on Nutri system ! Ok here I go rambling ! Lets get to business here !

Breakfast - N/S Scrambled Eggs with Veggie Sausage, Fresh Mushrooms and Onion, Cottage Cheese ( nonfat) and Fresh Pinnapple Juice made in my Jack LaLanne Juicer I just bought ( love that thing )
Lunch - N/S chicken Noodle Soup, 1 97 % Fat Free Nathan’s Hot Dog, Onion and Tomatoes Plus a bit of Mustard ( I was supposed to have a whole wheat bun with this but didnt have any and didnt want to blow it with white bread

Afternoon Snack - 1/2 Bananna, 8 oz of skim milk, ice, a touch of vanilla extract, blended ! YUM !
Dinner - N/S Cheese Ravioli With Basil Tomato Sauce, Green Beans and Zucchini Cooked, Apple W/ Peanut Butter
Dessert - Strawberry Shortcake Bar
Workouts - AM - Running on Treadmill, 5-6 mph between 5-9 % Incline for 1 Hour and 10 Minutes PM Workouts - Power 90 by Beach Body Work Out
Alcohol Consumption - Happy to report, once again ZERO !
So that is the update today ! Down 5.4 lbs so far ! I know this rate will not keep up week after week but when I weigh Sunday, it should be interesting as I know I’ll have lost more weight, the questions remains just how much !
