Where does the time go ? I jumped on here to see I haven’t been here since Friday ! Then the weekend hit and poof, there went the time !

Today I weighed in after my first week of NutriSystem ! Now I had to admit, I did have some cocktails at the Concert Friday Night ( which was just awesome by the way ) And Some wine Sat and Sunday Evening. I can tell you on the days I did that I did not have any more weight loss. But that’s ok because I ended at 6.4 lbs ! WooHOOOO ! Feeling great about it ! I still have not had time to finish the reviews on the 3 diets I have tried, but I have to tell you, Nutrisystem seems to be a keeper ! Cost effective, food is good to great depending on what you add to it and the support system, awesome ! So I’m going to keep on it this month and I have mine on Auto Delivery so I will get my order for next month on the 1st

We have exactly 7 weeks until Cancun ! Too bad I couldn’t lose 6 lbs a week ! HA ! I’ll keep on keeping on and see what happens

I have been working out, running my 5-7 miles a day depending on what time I get started. I have been trying to get up by 5 am but that doesn’t always happen but I’m getting better at it

Ok here is a product review of something I just purchased ! As you may have read we were in Monterey last weekend and the bed was just heavenly ! I slept so great and it had a feather bed pillow top, so Of course upon checkout I had to check out the bed to see what brand this was and then my next mission was to find where I could get one ASAP ! The feather bed is made by a Company called Pacific Coast Feather Company ! As soon as we got home, I ordered one and it arrived in just 3 days ! I put it on Friday and I will tell you this weekend, we both slept GREAT ! I thought we would have to buy a new mattress because I had just been tossing and turning etc, and with this on there !
