Want Beautiful Skin? Raw Foods Are the Key!

I’ve been having major skin issues over the past few years. I was always one who was told, “Wow, you have really nice skin!” Especially in high school. Now that I’m in my 30’s, my skin has seemed to take a turn for the worst. I may be possibly dealing with Rosacea or something, I don’t know. But I know I need to do something about it.
I cam across this great article written in a man’s perspective, can you believe that? The author, Paul Zayer, talks about the importance of eating raw foods, and what it does for your skin. Here’s a small excerpt:
I actually believe that everyone wants to be and feel healthy. I am also pretty sure that everybody wants to look good, and not only women.

People spend thousands of dollars on skin products to make your skin look vibrant and glowing. They’re all topical preparations - preparations that we put on top of our skin. But if we decide to spend a small percentage of the money we spend on these products on RAW FOODS, we’d begin to see an immediate change in the texture of our skin.
